Our client and other named plaintiffs in this action allege that the defendants conspired to fix prices of refrigerant compressors. On January 9, 2014, the court preliminarily approved four settlements totaling approximately $48.4 million. After a fairness hearing on June 12, 2014, the court granted final approval of the settlements, reduced to approximately $30 million to reflect class members who elected to opt out of the settlements.
