In re Plasma-Derivative Protein Therapies Antitrust Litigation Settlements

In April, 2014 a federal judge granted final approval of a settlement between plaintiffs and the last remaining defendants in this litigation, Baxter International, Inc., and Baxter Healthcare Corporation. Plaintiffs recovered $128 million collectively from the defendants in this litigation.
