In re Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) Antitrust Litigation, MDL No. 1917 (N.D. Cal.)

by Heins Mills & Olson on April 7, 2014

We are one of a number of law firms on the consolidated complaint in this action, which alleges that manufacturers of CRTs established a global cartel that set artificially high prices for CRTs and the televisions and monitors that contain them. Settlements with all named defendants have been reached, totaling $127.45 million. The court has granted final approval for all settlements except the two most recent, which have been preliminarily approved.
