On December 13, 2013, the Court granted final approval to settlements totaling $163.5 million in In re Titanium Dioxide Antitrust Litigation. Our client is one of the named plaintiffs in this action, which alleges that manufacturers of titanium dioxide conspired to fix prices for the product in the United States. The defendants agreeing to the settlement are Huntsman International, LLC, E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company, Cristal USA Inc., and Kronos Worldwide, Inc.
