Aftermarket Automotive Sheet Metal Products Antitrust Litigation

In Fond du Lac Bumper Exchange, Inc. v. Jui Li Enterprise Co. Ltd., et al., 2:09-cv-00852 (E.D. Wis.)("Aftermarket Automotive Sheet Metal Products Antitrust Litigation"), the Court has granted preliminary approval of settlements with Tong Yang Industry Co., Ltd.; Taiwan Kai Yih Industrial Co., Ltd.; TYG Products, L.P., and Gordon Auto Body Parts Co. Ltd. who have agreed to collectively pay $25 million to settle the Direct Purchaser Plaintiffs' claims against them. After a mandatory twenty percent Taiwan withholding tax because the settlement funds originate in Taiwan, $20 million will be deposited in an escrow account in the United States as a settlement fund.

In its orders granting preliminary approval of the settlements, the Court appointed Vincent J. Esades of Heins Mills & Olson, P.L.C. and Jason S.
